CCA Skillstudio is a staff professional development program that will be offering extended synchronous and asynchronous opportunities. We are excited to offer a variety of trainings and workshops throughout the year that address the following themes:

• Refining your technical skills with CCA platforms
• Creative reinvention for processes & procedures
• Back to basics
• Supporting a culture of care.

Starting in January 2023, we’re excited to kick off a series of synchronous technical training sessions led by Bobby Deetz, our former Senior Instructional Designer!

To maximize learning as well as to provide an opportunity to get to better know your colleagues, we will be offering these sessions via a cohort model. This means that following each training session, there will be a facilitated question and answer session with Bobby. This will allow you to practice and try out the skills you are learning in the session the week before and then come with questions for Bobby and support your cohort members. To that end, we are asking that you sign up for the entire series so there is a consistent experience for all.

• Create and edit PDFs
• Import, organize, combine, and export PDFs and files
• Protect your Adobe doc and request signatures
• Consider Accessibility when creating your forms and file
