- Residence Halls are open through Winter Break at no additional cost and students do not need to remove their belongings if they leave for the break
- Graduating students are permitted to remain in their rooms at no additional cost until the day after the Spring commencement ceremonies with a strict move out time of 12 p.m.

*Year Round Discount is applicable for students interested in signing up for Summer Housing early. You'll lock in a lower rate for the entire ~11.5 months of your agreement. Please note you must be enrolled in summer courses to be eligible for Financial Aid (if applicable). Your selection of a year round agreement cannot be changed mid-year so please review the terms of your Housing License Agreement carefully before selecting.
