Immunization Requirements & Records
Note: Except for COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters, CCA does not currently require students to present proof of immunizations. However, the college encourages students to consult with their medical professional about which vaccines are best for them.
- Students on the CCA student health insurance plan: Contact One Medical to schedule an appointment. (Vaccinations for students on the CCA student health insurance plan are covered at 100%.)
- Students not on the CCA student health insurance plan: Call your primary health care provider to schedule an appointment.
